You should receive a tracking number at the email address used for your order within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Please note we ship orders Monday-Friday so emails will not go out on weekends or holidays.

If your tracking status has not been updated in the past 5 business days or is passed your promised delivery date, please contact our support team by filling out this form or at info@jellywax.co.
If you have already received your tracking number, enter it above and click "Track Order". Your delivery date will be provided there.
If you have not received your tracking number yet, we process orders and provide tracking 24-48 hours after purchase. Standard delivery times are between 2-7 business days. This time does vary so please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
